The Better Bath uses end-to-end security through a 3D secure payment gateway for card payments and net banking. We use PayU to ensure that you can view the entire history of transactions that have been successful or failed. PayU is a trusted gateway for online transactions and also refunds your amount within a period of time, in case the amount is debited from your end and not reflecting for a new order.

The Better Bath does not provide a COD facility for orders.

You can add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. This will prompt you to Sign Up for a new account if you are a new user. Additionally, you can click on the ‘Login’ account option on the top right corner of the page and click on ‘Create Account’. Fill in your Name, Email ID & Address to proceed.

Click on ‘Forgot Password’ in case you cannot remember your password. This will send a link to your registered email address. You can click on the link to create a new password.

At The Better Bath store, every body wash is curated with skin-friendly ingredients backed by extensive research. They are made to suit your skin type and need to help you experience a fulfilling bathing experience. All the ingredients for every product are listed on their individual product pages.

Every product listed on www.thebetterbath.in is genuine. There are no promotions of grey market products. The body washes are shipped through verified distributors right from our warehouse. You can be assured of the authenticity of products from The Better Bath store.

By signing up for an account on The Better Bath, you can enjoy a wholesome shopping experience for all genuine products:

- Receive updates for new launches and product offers as soon as any promotion is live!

- You can rate and review products to help other consumers with their shopping experience.

To place an order, you can create an account on The Better Bath store or checkout as a guest. Just provide your email address or phone number for correspondence. 

Step 1: Click the 'Add to Cart' button on the products you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping bag. Click on the ‘Checkout’ option to proceed with the purchase.

Step 2: Log in to The Better Bath Account through your email id and phone number. If you are a new user, you can Sign Up for a new account and enter all the required details to proceed. Information like billing and shipping addresses and phone numbers get saved for future orders! Proceed to ‘Payments’

Step 3: On the ‘Payment’ page, you can choose from one of the available payment methods.

Step 4: Once the payment is made, a new page will appear confirming your order and will display an order ID. You can track your order through the ‘My Orders’ section under ‘My account’

You cannot modify an order after it is confirmed. However, you can proceed for order cancellation if the products haven’t been packed or shipped yet.

Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying
- Unique Order ID
- Listing of the item(s) you have ordered
- Shipping address.

In addition, you will receive an order confirmation SMS with your order details. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details

Visit your profile and open ‘Accounts’. Once you’re on the page, you can edit the address under the section with the same name.

You can review the status of your orders by visiting the "Order History" tab in your "My Account" page. This will give you the details for your recent order along with a history of past orders. You can track the status of your recent order. It will be marked as ‘Fulfilled’. The tracking details will be available on your account and also be shared on your registered phone number.

1. There might be a delay in our system

An order confirmation email will be sent to you within a few minutes to confirm that your purchase has been processed.

*Be sure to check all your mailboxes associated with the email address on the order. Sometimes order confirmations are sent to spam. *

2. Your bank is in the process of authenticating the order:

Once an order is submitted, the validation of your order is sent to your bank for approval. This process can cause a bit of a delay for the order to finalize and show in your account.

3. Your payment didn't go through:

If your payment failed, you would receive an email explaining why it didn't go through. Don't lose hope and try again!

The products marked as ‘Out of Stock’ cannot be purchased.

An order placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled. The products are not returnable considering the hygiene we need to maintain. In a proven case of damaged or wrong delivery as mentioned below, we can provide appropriate resolution of replacement on a case to case basis.

If you have cancelled or rejected an order or an order has not been delivered to you, and you have already paid for it, a refund will be initiated for the same. You will be notified about your refund status through email and SMS.

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse, however, there is a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment. We urge you to not accept the product in case the seal is open/ Tampered with/Leaked/Damaged as returns won't be accepted in such cases. However, if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition, you can raise a return request within 15 days of receiving the order by writing to us at support@thebetterbath.in.

To avail a replacement, you can raise a return request within 15 days of receiving the order.

To initiate the process of replacement, you will have to contact and write to us at support@thebetterbath.in. If you have any queries before, during or after the replacement is completed, feel free to contact us on the same mail.

You can purchase products from The Better Bath on a one-off basis or via our curated monthly subscription options.
